Q&A

1. Hi, I want to know when I should replace the Pimag Water filter. And when to replace the sponge & stones. Thanks, Doris

Sharron Answers: The Filter should be replaced at least once a year. For Aqua Pour the sponge I replace 2 to 3 times a year and the rocks one every 2 years...

2. What is the type of plastic used for the Aqua Pour container?

Sharron Answers: The plastic used in the Aqua Pour is ABS food grade.

3. Hi Sharon, We recently got a Nikken PiMag® Aqua Pour® Gravity Water System filter and were wondering how to test it because it tastes funny… We've cycled it a bunch of times and its still there.

Thoughts?

Thanks so much

Emilio

Sharron Answers: Hi, The best I know is rinse the rocks really well and make sure you run water through the filter for a while.. The water has minerals in it so if you have been drinking empty acidic water before it may taste different for a while..
